Handler: Ryan

Wrestler Name: Johnny Lightning

Intro:

[The arena lights dim as the swirling opening chords of "Flawless" by The Ones starts over the P.A.]

[As the beat of the song grows in intensity, the venue is lit by an impressive array of strobe lights that flash in time with the beat.]

# Just like perfection #

[ Johnny Lightning makes his way through the entranceway. He wears a red and silver full-body singlet with silver lightning bolt trim down either leg. He mugs for the fans for a second at the entranceway before he begins a pseudo-strut down the aisleway towards the ring.

# Ego alert, flawless #
# Absolutely flawless #

# Just like perfection #
# Like no other, flawless #
# Absolutely flawless #

[ He approaches the ring, sliding into the ring under the bottom rope. He pushes off to a standing position, and takes another moment to strike a pose.]

# Just like perfection #
# Ego alert, flawless #

[ He jumps up onto the near ring corner, raising a single fist into the air as the music and strobes fade.]

Wrestling Style:

Johnny is primarily a high-flyer. He will use a multitude of strikes, mostly kicks, but also the occasional europian uppercut. He will take any shortcut, any hairpulling, eye gouging or crotch-stomping he can get away with he will do. He generally likes to keep the match fast-paced, but will suit the tempo to whatever will throw his opponent off the most.
Match Strategy:

He generally likes to keep the match fast-paced, but will suit the tempo to whatever will throw his opponent off the most. Once he gets his opponent to a healthy level of exhaustion, he will break out more high-risk moves.

Johnny, being the classic ego-heel, has a lot of comeback power to him, often to the dismay of the fans in attendance. He has no problem using cheap tactics to gain the upper hand, and occasionally even pulls the fake injury to gain a moment to strike.

In Ring Personality:

Johnny, while being an in-ring egomaniac, is more reserved in the ring than you would think. Dispite his cockiness, he knows how serious his in-ring preformance is, and will rarely pick a bad time to taunt his opponent. He generally only resort to poses and trash-talking when he has a signifigant advantage in the match.

Favorite taunts and poses:

Johnny has one taunt, pretty much, he loves the single fist in the air. If he's really doing good, he doubles it.. double fist.

To call his finishers, he will generally motion to the sky (punny, get it?)

Favorite mannerisms:

Johnny has a few mannerisms.. He will often reverse an irish whip by baseball sliding outside the ring to relative safety. He's a big fan of using the ropes in general to his advantage, and will, when met with a running opponent, often go for the classic pull-the-top-rope-down-and-make-his-opponentfall. He will almost always try and parlee that into a slingshot maneuver of some type, since he already has the rope.

Crowd chants:

Being a cocky heel, he will find himself occasionally at opposite ends of the fan-reaction spectrum (I suppose it depends on his competiton. He will also have a fairly voal majority of people that love him dispite his heelish ways..

Positive: Liiight-ning Liiiight-ning.

Negative: Go-back-home (referring to rochester) or 'you fucked up' for botching high-risk moves.

Reactions:

For a win, Johnny will generally go to two opposite corners and do the double fist. If he loses, Johnny likes to lay real low and tries to leave with as little attention as possible. He does, sometimes, get frustrated, and that ruins his idea for a quiet exit, occasionally ending in a temper tanrum in the ring.
